High Noon "Speedy Spanky"

        When carrying concealed, you will find that having two or three different holsters is a good idea. Most of us who carry, carry for many hours at a time, so it is crucial to get a holster that doesn't wear you down. I believe that there are occasions where you will need an IWB (In the Waistband) holster, an OWB (Outside the Waistband) holster and even a pocket or ankle holster. I recently found the High Noon Tailgunner an IWB, and I have been using the Nemesis pocket holster for a while. They are both comfortable and very concealable. I am still looking for that perfect OWB holster. I have been reading reviews and searching the forums looking to get leads on that "perfect" OWB holster. After receiving the Tailgunner and learning the quality and craftsmanship put into that holster, there was no doubt my next holster would come from High Noon.

     I have never owned a paddle holster before but from what I have read people find this style of OWB comfortable to wear. So I made the decision that I wanted a paddle holster and obviously I wanted another quality holster from High Noon.

     One of the things I really enjoy about this holster compared to some others is the ability to adjust the cant . It has two adjustable hex screws on the kydex paddle which allow you to position the holster where it is comfortable for you. High Noon recommends the 3 or 4 o'clock position for carry. I also found it comfortable in the 2 and 5 o'clock positions. I feel that the adjustable kydex paddle on the holster is the only thing that allows for this versatility while allowing the holster to remain comfortable.
 

Another great feature about this holster is that there are two tabs on the kydex which help lock your holster under your belt. The Speedy Spanky holster holds your firearm very securely so the tabs are a must to keep the holster in place when drawing your weapon.  Having your holster come off with your weapon would be a BAD thing in an emergency. 

This holster, like all High Noon holsters, comes with a custom built in sight track to help protect the sights when drawing and re-holstering your firearm.
 

   Most of the paddle holsters I have looked at tilt the firearm away from the body a bit for easier drawing, but High Noon had ultimate concealment in mind when they designed the Speedy Spanky. This holster keeps your firearm up close and tight to the body so it is easier to conceal. The holster I tested was lined to help protect your firearms from normal holster wear. I have not doubt you will find that High Noon holsters are not just quickly thrown together. You can obviously tell that there is a lot of time put into each holster as the quality and craftsmanship are apparent.  High Noon holsters aren't cheap but they make sure you are getting what you pay for.

I highly recommend the Speedy Spanky OWB holster.  In my opinion it is an awesome choice for anyone looking for a versatile, comfortable, concealable, quality OWB holster. I know you will enjoy your Speedy Spanky Holster like I have.  I find myself just sitting there staring at this holster with my XD Sub-Compact in it thinking, damn that is a good looking setup! Thank you High Noon once again for making a quality holster for my XD. It will be worn with pride.
