High Noon "Pocket Grabber Review"

As a longtime fan and owner of Crimson Trace and High Noon Holster products, I have to say that the combinanation of both complement each other very nicely. You have a sturdy, well proven laser grip that offers the laser advantage for most any type of shooting, plus a safe and functional mode of carry for your favorite CT equipped handgun.

High Noon now offers holsters expressly made for those with Laser Grips from Crimson Trace. I reviewed the HN Topless model holster for my first LCR some while ago. That holster would also allow the use of CT grips also.

First up is the wonderful Pocket Grabber pocket holster in cowhide. Strong stitching that's evident in most HN products, with the rough sided synthetic "grabber" material on each side.

The Pocket Grabber features a special extruded material with cutting edge durability produced exclusively for High Noon Holsters. I have experience with this material from my Micro Desert Eagle holster. The material is stitched to the outside of the holster which eliminates an outline of the weapon and disguises the shape of the gun as seen through the pocket. With thousands of rubber gripping nubs, this material tends to grab the inside of the pocket, so when drawing, the holster stays in place but the gun comes out. The Pocket Grabber releases the gun effortlessly at the BOTTOM of your pocket with just a push of your thumb.

The gun fits very well, and conceals as well as any .38 snub pocket holster that I've owned in the past. I just love the draw, I could have my hand in my pocket and the gun can be drawn and no one knows, if the threat passes, I reholster effortlessly and no one the wiser.

High Noon's logo embossed on the top side is very noticeable, a nice touch.  I'm normally not a .38 Snubby pocket carry guy, but this holster works well with a vest or coat with deeper pockets than my boot cut Wranglers. Its sticky in there and staying in place.

My Micro Desert Eagle 380 ACP in a High Noon Pocket Grabber is what I use when such carry as pants is called for, equally as handsome and functional as the LCR Pocket Grabber, but fits the smaller and flatter gun. Here you can see them side by side. The draw is the same on both designs. The Pocket Grabber releases the gun effortlessly at the BOTTOM of your pocket with just a push of your thumb

For someone looking for a LCR pocket holster that's above the level of a Uncle Mike's, or other economy holster. The Pocket Grabber is hard to beat at any price.
