The Skin Deep is a Stocking Item. For those preferring a holster without traditional belt slots, the Skin Deep has two straps that loop over the belt and lock up with pull-the-dot security  snaps. Quick on, quick off, with excellent security for those who need to be able to remove and replace a holster quickly, without having to deal with unthreading a belt. It is exactly like the Snapper but made of a different material. This material is produced exclusively for High Noon Holsters, made of a specially extruded laminate skin with a vegetable tanned, interior leather backing and a leather-like grain texture on the exterior. The Skin Deep is also a high ride holster and allows for a fast draw. It features a slide guard, which prevents the slide, hammer and sight from wearer contact. It has a 15 degree forward cant,  a covered trigger guard, open muzzle design and a tension screw for adjustment of the draw. The recommended carry positions to wear this holster are 3,4,5. The Skin Deep has stylish good looks, a low-maintenance finish, and steel-like strength that resists abrasions, nicks and scuffs. It is also fade resistant to maintain its sleek look through years of use and abuse. It is exceptionally easy to clean and maintain. The outside the waistband straps are removable and available in different widths. The holster comes with 1-1/2" straps, as pictured which fits a 1-1/2" belt {1-1/2" is optimum} Additional 1 1/4 straps may be purchased separately. Skin Deep is available in right or left hand, black finish.
