For those preferring a holster without traditional belt slots, the Snapper has two straps that loop over the belt and lock up with pull-the-dot security  snaps and is molded to the gun you order it for. Quick on, quick off, with excellent security for those who need to be able to remove and replace a holster quickly, without having to deal with unthreading a belt. The Snapper is also a high ride holster and allows for a fast draw. It features a slide guard, which prevents the slide, hammer and sight from wearer contact, is superbly hand molded for a secure fit, has a 15 degree forward cant,  a covered trigger guard, open muzzle design and a tension screw for adjustment of the draw. The recommended carry positions to wear this holster are 3,4,5. The outside the waistband straps are removable and available in different widths. The holster comes with 1-1/2" straps, as pictured which fits a 1-1/2" belt {1-1/2" is optimum} Additional 1 1/4 straps may be purchased separately. Snapper is available in right or left hand, tan, black or natural finish in cowhide. In horsehide, black or natural finish. Tan lined pictured. The Snapper is made to order or in other words a non stocking item. We do have a RUSH SERVICE available if you do not want to wait.
