This is what High Noon holsters uses as its stitched in site track. Click here for an extreme close up view. The material is a one piece molded synthetic, produced exclusively for High Noon Holsters. As you can see it is a class act all the way, it creates a nice barrier between your guns front site and the holster leather. Most other makers try to duplicate this, using two thin strips of leather. Unfortunately it does not work as well.
